Cost of 'Free' Diplomacy

Hi,

I just noticed something I should have noticed a long time ago regarding Court Sessions; you're taking Free to mean there is no GB cost. That's not correct. Each Free diplomacy action that you participate in costs 1GB (representing the considerable effort put in by the domain). It's only 'free' in that it is a Free Action.

If it worked any other way then it would be advantageous to make a few big court sessions once in a while and go amok with 0-cost diplomacy. That's not how it's supposed to work.

So from turn 66 - remember to pay your 1Gb for participating in diplomacy.

     Domain A Hosts Court Session;
     Domains B & C Attend Court Session;
     Domain B Engages in Diplomacy with Domains A & C;
     Domains A & C Engage Not in Diplomacy with Each Other.

In this scenario, what is the base cost for each domain?

Yeah, even the outcome is free for all. But as nature Regien is unpredictable... (and powerful as well  )

The new updated Embassy rules among other things says this:

Special: You automatically gain diplomatic relations with all domains that have courts/embassies in the same province.

Since IHH have an embassy in Anuire city I would like to know what other domains that have either court or embassies in Anuire City so I know whom I have diplomatic relations with.
