Ship expirience
« on: November 28, 2009, 01:26:27 PM »
How many XP a ship needs to pop up to new level of expirience? When my ships gain +1XP does it mean lot or little?

I didn't find anything in Regent Guide about ships getting more expensive with more expirience, so I pay them the basic upkeep. Am I right in that?

0XP=Raw
1XP=Green
3XP=Skilled
6XP=Veteran
10XP=Elite
15XP=Crack

Same as units.

OoC:

The following rules will apply:

Elite and better units will cost +0.5GB/turn in upkeep
Legendary and batter units cost +1.0GB/turn instead

This applies equally regardless of unit type (so inf and cav have the same extra cost).

So I recomputed maintenance along these lines and actually Im paying 0,5GB less (some more for ships and some less for land units) :)

Also when I collected the XP gained by my ships from returned DOs, I noticed I hit 2 ships for no apparent reason (making them W instead of OK). Probably I knew somehow I was paying them too little :)
