Just something found in the old regent guide p.37 - Assets section:

Example: The Duke of Alamie has a special
advisor called the Eyeless One that does not
count against his usual advisor limit.

Was that the guy destroyed up in the Five Peaks, or some other special advisor still hanging around?

That was the one...he sorta turned out to be one of the Lost...and the reason CA lost his sanity and steered his realm into the muck...
