Not between Avan and Boer, each has sworn to destroy the other. There will be no parley between them, only anihilation.

 The history of parley in Anuire is short, bloody and unheroic. Most smart regents don't believe all the bs "we'll let you go nicely if you just surrender blahblahblah", because history teaches a very hard lesson. Massacres are commonplace, treaties get broken over the slightest of opportunities, peacebound crusader knights get slaughtered due to their possible future military importance. In Anuire all nobles jockey for position and more power, many are willing to lie, cheat and stab you in the back to get there.

 So be very careful in who you choose to trust.

There was an offer made, basic terms were an offer of surrender (held captive till end of conflict, no criminal charges of rebellion) to any soldier who was from Brosengae who didn't wish to defy their liege's true liege had an hour to surrender before we started firing artillery and ballistae... but I didn't expect too many to actually do it for the reason's Jon said, and two, they would probably also have a fear of their own officers shooting them in the back with arrows for treason if they tried.
