Kasper quiting - again

Kasper has quit - again. He will not be returning a third time.

I think this tells me two things:

1. Trust my gut more. I should never have allowed him back in.
2. Start another thread or two regarding interactive actions. Maybe there are some new perspectives out there. On war in particular.
