Generally, but the details are usually established by treaty.  Typically they include some degree of blessings, Agitates, and performance of Investiture ceremonies.

I think there was a note on this somewhere but I can't find it, but what are the rules of engagement over the first few turns.  I remember something along the lines of no contest actions in #61, no wars in #62, anything goes from #63 onwards.

The first four turns are sacred, thus you will not be allowed to declare war against other domains, commit to massive contesting (a bit of contesting never hurt anyone) or the like.

 I'll get back to you on whether this includes #60.5, but as it is of now, from #65 (Edit: As Even's link points out) the gloves come off.

I won't be able to submit a turn today. As some may have noticed I've been quiet these last few days due to a persistent fever/throatache that's kept me tied up in bed. I'm hoping I'll be able to resume my activities tomorrow morning when I can stand to look at a screen for more than a few minutes at a time.

 Ah yes, I learnt patience waiting like a maniac in heat for Bjørn's answers to my million e-mails back in the good ole days  ;D
 I especially loved to pester the NPCs.

 You can change your DO up untill the moment that the turn is declared finished, probably not going to happen right away - what with the adventures and such we need to coordinate.

 Off the top of my head we're missing the following (no extension asked for):

 Hermedhie
 TBM
 MS

And Mhoried has most likely quit. But we already have two new applications, so no worries.

Extension granted:
 Diemed
 Roesone
 Tuornen & Elinie (both are missing their turn 61 secrets Bjørn)

Mhoried did quit - cited RL issues.

Bug the ones who haven't delivered, then list them as lapsed if they don't reply by the end of the week.

We'll then consider opening up some of the lapsed realms to new players.

Hmm, the likelihood of Mhoried following through his end of various actions is therefore slim I take it.  Is Mhoried NPC'd for the duration or should I resubmit with something fairly innocuous in the duff action's place like seizing shieldhaven?
