I sure hope an Espionage action by Bellamie influenced this turn's SR. Otherwise, I must conclude that the DM really hates me.   :-\

You wouldn't BELIEVE the DC for "Bribe DM", Milos.  It was CRAZY hard.  And I'm very suspicious of his claimed exchange rate for American dollars to GB....

"Father of the Child: Vicious rumors have it that the father of High Priestess' children is Wallac I, the Pontiff of Anuire..."

But ofcause. Recent events allready having made him man of the year in Anuire makes this the obvious rumour  :P

The Guild of Nonpartisan SR Writers is a CROCK.  I'm convinced they pick how to describe things based on how much trouble it'll stir up, so that they'll never be out of work!  :P

Now I have the image of the SR as the tabloid magazine of Anuire, dishing gossip and vicious rumors about all the regency of the land...

The Guild of Nonpartisan SR Writers has my complete support!  Also I have never, ever bribed or done anything that would influence what rumours were reported in the SR!

In the (temporary) P&H there is a mention of a "matters of faith" event. This is not explicitly mentioned in the SR, though I can kinda infer what it is about. Perhaps it should be explicit in what it refers to?

On that note, -1 prosperity to all provinces and -1 stability... ouch. Is that really intended :P

Also, perhaps the SR should mention that Tornilen is now a Chaotic Neutral realm, not Chaotic Evil.

Even if Marya isn't actually dead, her populace and governors have at least all heard that she is.  That does TERRIBLE things to stability and prosperity, even in domains with clear lines of succession and a history of unity and identity.  In a brand new nation, created by the now-theoretically-deceased regent, and totally reliant on the strength of her rule and personal might for its independence and national identity?  I'd have expected worse than that.  Typical stability loss for a dead regent and new heir is -3.  Count your blessings, man.

To put even another spin on it. Marya is a Vos-Sorcerer, who just occupied her provinces to destory temples of the Holy Order of Haelyn's Aegis, one of the most beloved and revered Haelynic temples in Anuire.  Considering that Anuireans, even if only by tradition and/or convention, venerate Haelyn, and given that no one like marshall law, much less when directed against the servants of the gods, their will made manifest.  Frankly, I would have expected, like Bobby, worse than -1 stability and -1 prosperity.  Count your blessings, man. ;)

no one like marshall law

You're think of martial law.  Marshall Law is a well-respected sheriff in these parts.  Tough man, but fair, and well-liked by everyone except those as ain't no better than they oughta be.
