Removing all trace of the goblin stain from the land is quite right and proper.  Those implying that this land, liberated by Haelyn's Grace, should be proclaimed goblin with every mention of its name are clearly ungodly folk.  Morcosoer is a far more fitting name for the Barony, until such time as Marquis Bellamie builds it to a self sufficient state and wins for it a more fitting name.

I'm renaming Morcosoer a March and its lord a Marquis. Both because it is a march - at the edge of civilization - and to make it less likely to confuse with the other Baron Bellamie.
