Every named noble of Roesone is already present and accounted for. The same goes for High Prefect Wallac Isilviere, Pontiff of All Anuire. And Saender is informed that Duchess Marlae of Osoerde has arrived by carriage.

The news about sudden arrival of the former baroness of Roesone caught Saender in the middle of preparations for talks with count Isilviere ...
Duchess Marlae ... I HAD to expect that ... William! Let her accomodate in the guest wing and keep her occupied. I need to know of her intentions BEFORE she speaks with anyone important here. And be polite. The least we need now is war with Osoerde.

Late one evening Wallac Isilviere and a small entourage arrive by horse. So lost in the Grey Hills he was not!

On his way back to Roesone he has stopped a few times for the night in the camps of IHH's templar’s gathered at the country side all over Roesone. There he gathered the men and held a short ceremony to honor the fallen templar’s and the late Archbishop of Roesone Saraen Bellamie and give thanks to the All Father for his guidance and his blessings. In each camp Wallac led the Dawn ceremony to the All Father. The templar’s reminded to remember their duty to keep and uphold the laws of the All Father and to vigilant guard Roesone in her hour of need; that no enemies foreign or domestic might abuse the death of Baron Arvour of Roesone to neither settle old scores nor take new advantages.

Protect and uphold the security of Roesone in accordance with the treaty between the Crown of Roesone and the IHH.

[IHH commanders inform the Crown of patrol patterns and movement of units using the usual chain of command as per treaty. Business as usual in regard to cooperation with the Crowns garrison Commandants but for the fact that close to 4000 IHH templar’s are on active status all over Roesone. Law, Order and Stability!]

Curiously a small group from the OIT also arrives, five priest, none of whom appear to be a high enough rank for a meeting of this type, they're escorted by two OIT Templars and a somewhat larger group of IHH Templars. They're escorted to the IHH compound where they set up camp.
