I'd like to point out that the P&H is still a draft; there will be a few changes to holding levels, so don't get all surprised if you've gained or lost a few levels.

I'll also repeat this: No provinces are blessed, and yes, there ARE vacant holding slots.

I ended up with 72,5 - you were getting HO income and not HOT income...
