None of Duke Alam's other vassals are in attendance - not personally at any rate - but some members of their House and households are present. They are not so rude as to speak openly...but it is made known that Carlion Alam is not overly popular...

On the other hand are those men of Endier - one Viscount in particular - that somewhat sarcastically supposes Berran might have done better had he spent rather less time dicing and whoring in Endier, and rather more rebuilding his land and fighting the undead that so plague his subjects...
