One-time grant will no longer appear in the P&H. Indefinite grants can be added if the players request it.

Grants not handled in the P&H will instead work like this:

- once you've received your DO back, confirming the grant was a success, you send an e-mail with the subject-line RoE II: Grant #XX - From Domain A to Domain B, stating how many GBs were granted
- the recipient then adds that number to 'Extra income' in his next DO

Quite easy. Less work for DM. More secrecy for players.

OoC:

Is a player, who controls a domain with stability of -2 or -3, expected to reduce any incoming grant appropriately (in accordance with the Regent Guide)?

I assume Grants to NPC's we won't have to email you let you know we succeeded?
Every man has a price he will willingly accept, even for what he hoped never to sell.
