I like making heraldry. Not using something like Blazon, but freehand, in a photoshop type package.

Example attached.

I would be happy to do these for everyone and anyone over the course of the game. ATM I have done a bunch for each of my provinces and the realm itself...

Do you make them for other occassions too? I do a lot of tabletop gaming, and my army standard could do with some heraldry. Only thing is, that it's set in the Grim Darkness of the 41st millenium. :)

Oh, and Kaven wouldn't mind some heraldry as well. Ruornil meets Haelyn meets Medoere kinda thing.

The Archduchy of Mhoried [mumbles] would like some heraldry as well [/mumbles]. :'(

OOC - to the DMs: I will certainly be searching those heraldry pieces for hidden daggers, traps, magic, e.t.c. Better take 20 as well  ;) ;D

It should be noted that, while I am sure that HOT does a great line in Heraldry, coats of arms and genealogical research, this is entirely an OOC effort. No kick backs for HOT here I promise. And anyway! What are you saying about HOT, that lovely guild of hardworking craftsmen and traders?!?

Heya Matt,

Could I "commission" you to make a heraldry for Medoere/Kaven?
Looking at the one in the Br Wiki I think it to be dull and uninspiring a white circle on purple background? Baah...

I'd like the colours to remain though, Purple the colour of the shield, and white the colour of the moon... but I think it should be a crescent moon (without comparing Medoere to IRL religions obviously). Perhaps a star or two to prevent that?

Other than that, you'd be free to "play"....

Is this doable? I'm thinking I want to do, what Niels has done (placing a small shield with heraldry next to his avatar). I like that.  :)

btw, adding stars would make this even more similar to RL flags and symbols..

For a rough, that looks pretty nice. Nice way to get a star into the heraldry, I like it :D
