I'd have to say that it all depends on what happens to Geraldine.

And I'd just written a big post laying out the 3-4 possible scenarios and then realised that I have a temple their and a participant in the tribunal. So it all seemed a little too much like metagaming and I deleted it.

Pity, it was a really nice piece of whatif work and logical conclusions.

Bjørn: Is this stalling of the tribunal due to any specific reason (you want to complete it after DO's are handed in, for instance), or is it just for the perverted enjoyment of the DM?

People aren't posting their votes/replies. Which is why I have to be somewhat forceful in trying to move forward. But people are still not posting.

The ETN have stated that they're offline for the time being and have given instructions as to their votes. The OIT and Diem haven't, but it's a good bet that Diem at least want her judged on as many counts as he can. The OIT needs to take a more defined stance as you're currently considered to be voting with Diem in all things.

 With an active WIT, I think we can move on without issue.

For the sake of the question in general... Players can, when it's apparent that they're going to be offline, give instructions to the DM's concerning what they will do in certain situations (usually only necessary in the case of forum based activity that requires regular participation). Other players can still dispatch the absent player, quite as usual, and maybe a DM will respond if the instructions have anything to do with the dispatch.
