If Osoeriene is prosperity 'defiant', I don't think it is suppose to generate RP for its ruler.

Hmm, unless there is still an ongoing event there, in Osoeriene, shouldn't they stay at the same level they were last turn? - I successfully added a +1 temporary prosperity modifier in my DO.

Probably not. Prosperity is affected by a ton of thing, including very importantly, the prosperity level itself.  Temporary prosperity bonuses  are applied last (after prosperity is adjusted for actions, events, and taxes).

Defiant has -2 prosperity modifier.

So, It started at Defiant (2). 
Fair Taxes has a modifier of 0 (no effect on prosperity).
 Defiant prosperity has a -2 modifier (0). 

Therefore, the province is reduced to Rebellion (0), but the temporary bonus raises it 1 level and bless raised it 1 level. Putting it back at defiant...temporarily anyways.

So, you agree, its set one level too low. - The tax being still at Fair has to do with the prior ruler not having the means to lower it while this is all going on. If it were to me, which it now is, the tax is going down. Down, down, down.

Shieldhaven - has the level increased?  It should be 6+1 (bless) = 7 not 7+1 = 8 surely?

March of Dhalsiel - did Constantine pick up the ancestral lands of Kavarra too?  The Kavarra family looks gone..

Ruorven - same issue as Shieldhaven, did you do a general population update or has the bless been double-counted?

There have been numerous province level upgrades. This has been commented on before.

Kavarra: Constantine has been invested by Land's Choice- that doesn't mean he's legally entitled to the holdings. I have a mail thread with the Mhor regarding this - but as with so many other things it has not been resolved due to Vik's inactivity.

Quick question - my DO mentioned Tornilen's stability increasing from +2 to +3. Now the P&H lists it as +2... does that mean the increase has been "recalled"?
