Anathema is a Warhammer 40,000 pbp game for 4-5 players. It has very simple rules, but great depth and complexity. If focuses on a Champion of Chaos and his Warband. It is strongly influenced by Birthright .

Calling the dice. I have a friend who still thinks I can jinx the dice after too many hours playing World in Flames back in the 90s :-P
I played World in Flames back in the 90's as well and while I dont recall calling the dice I was quite successfull using math and probability especially on the eastfront Linde you two cant split the world so you'll have to be king in your home asuming Helene alows it
