Decree: Mierean Charge of Treason

The following Decree is issued from Seaward

It is Hereby Decreed, this day;

Henceforth let it be known throughout the lands of Mieres, its vassals, and all of Anuire that Baerether Zenneth, former Baron of Serien stands charged with the high crimes of;

Treason;
Conspiracy to commit treason;
Murder,
Attempted murder;
Conspiracy to commit murder; and
Kidnapping

in connection with his orchestration of the murder of his own nephew, the Baron Xavier Zenneth, his attempted assassination of His Lordship, Arron Vaumel, Governor of Mieres, his attempted massacre of the leaders of the other noble families of Serien, his collusion in the orchestration of the recent invasion of Serien by Gnollish forces.

Let it further be known that Baerether Zenneth, former Baron of Serien has freely confessed his guilt to said crimes, without compulsion, in the presence of the following witnesses, Governor Arron Vaumel, High Priestess Sarae Somelin, Lady Shauna Nolan acting as representative for the Wizardess Mhistecai, and Archbishop of Roesone, Saraen Bellamie acting as representative for His Holiness, High Pontiff Wallac Isilviere High Pontiff of all Anuire.
