Brandon - What is the plan behind the new calculation scheme? Separating collection from other income is probably a good idea, but if so there really should be a column that sums everything.

Note: I'll rearrange the columns in the region sheets so that they look more like they used to; this is confusing the poor DM...

Caelcorwynn is still lvl 3 province. Is that intended? One would say that at least the exodus of refugees would harm the province a bit (even if there was no massacre after that).

Does the bonus from a festival stack with the bonuses from Demagogue / Bless? If it does, the prosperity in Tornilen needs to be one higher.

Is it on purpose that the Bloodline for Marya now reads "Azrai"? It used to read "Vorynn"...

And nice job fixing the borked income for me, no more free gb's for me (or fractions thereof)

Yes... that is perfectly in order... As you can see you can now keep SASI company. They have tainted evil blood too... And also on occasion does something I dont like

OK I see what happened. He updated the entries where he could based on a semi-outdated document (hailing back to the RoE I days). I'll change the relevant derivations for v 3.2+

Bjorn, the temp prosperity bonus from blessings didn't seem to adjust prosperity correctly.

Moriel should probably be Steady - Guarded, + Agitate + Bless - Heavy Taxes + Law Adjustment = Steady.

Isn't there a net increase of 1 since last turn? Guarded to Average?

Law cancels taxes.
Bless in effect last turn and this turn
Thus only the Agitate come into play...

Mholien is under the effects of Shadow Ward.  It is suppose to get a "+1 loyalty modifier", but I am not sure if that stacks with or is different from the Bless the Holy Lands effects/bonus.
