Reading the PS (I'm very tired now so maybe I missed it) I get the feeling that ATC still exists and opposes Leman States.. is that so?

Why is MOC listed as an enemy the LPA domain description, but LPA is not listed as an enemy in the MOC description? How bad should I assume this relationship is?

There is an old enmity here, but I think the LPA has stronger feelings than do the MOC.

Relations need updating for several domains.
