Researching Realm Spells

In the new edition, would you consider making the research of new realm spells a little less difficult? The DC looks brutal and is near impossible for sorcerers who do not have access to a free research action each turn.

Of course, if it's intended that the only real way of learning spells is to gain levels... then so be it, but I think eg. sorcerers should have a chance to replace spells as they learn what works and what doesn't.

Well, learning realm spells WILL be easier under the new edition, AND sorcerers will be allowed to research to replace existing spells.

Sorcerers also get the ability to swap a realm spell when they would be able to swap a regular spell (every other level).

Of course, Power Word: Win is still right out, yes?
May I suggest an enchantment to replace it, perhaps, Power Word: Shower Mhoried With Candy?

Or better yet, Bigby's Hand of High Five!

Well yes We are sure, not that We know much of the arcane, but should that not be Power Word : Lose ? .....looking at other power word spells they appear to affect the opposing side see?...like Blind , Stun, and even more to the point, Kill. One can deduct that these spells are intended to be used against an opposing side in a disagreement or the like. But none the less your comments where indeed entertaining for Us, so please do carry on…

The due date for turn 60.5 is coming up fast, so I was wondering if you could tell me how the new research action is going to work? I am strongly considering researching a 3rd level realm spell as my turn 60.5 action... does that have a fair chance of success?

What you'll really like to have is the exact DDC right? If possible that is
