Road map: White lines

The white lines on the road map:

- marks mountainous regions/otherwise impassable terrain
- you can't really move an army across here
- or if you REALLY want to, then you will be slowed, supply will be cut AND you'll have to save to avoid lethal and/or nonlethal damage to your units
- so you CAN, but you REALLY shouldn't  ;D
