Disgruntled commoners have taken to arms in the province. Brigandine and worse is rampant. The locals lords, after being routed by the peasants, are hiding in their castles. Dispatches have been sent to the Princess.

Turns out to be a false rumor. The people of Devan are, as always, loyal to their lords.
