Kasper, my experience is that XP beyond the cap is not tracked - it probably should be though for the very reason you say.On the other hand, the cap isn't neccessarily always enforced to the letter. There are a number of circumstances I can think of where the cap is ignored.
Kasper, troops can reach legendary, or theoretically epic level - XP 28. Some of your peers consider 'elite/crack' and 'just about fit for battle' to be almost synonymous.
