It would be only proper that everyone who attends in person gets a "seat." You can't have, say the duke of Diemed displaced by the representative of Roesone.

I will start the meeting this Tuesday. (the 6th) You are welcome to post arrivals up to then and engage in conversation with each other or me. But the meeting will not start until Tuesday.

Robert: You can make diplomacy sending a nameless envoy. Like Osoerde you might be commanding troops in the crusade or have any other reason that your regent can't come. So sending a lieutenant, other able assistant or a vassal is perfectly fine by me.
Since I don't want to penalize people for being active in other corners of the world but mine, I choose to say first come first served, weather you come by regent, lieutenant, able assistant or vassal.

And then again there are people, and important people... I would have saved a seat for both Boer and Avan if they hadn't answered quickly enough.


And yes, the "seats" are the ones I spend a court action to include in a court session. Others are perfectly welcome to attend and state their point of view too.

Tuornen attend with Emissary Lauriel Anviraele, her action is listed as adventure but could well be diplomacy.
She is supported by Advisor Pervince Millbridge “Silversleep”, also listed as adventure as he aids her in this action.

Baron William Deaulen is currently occupied waging war for the crusade in the east (along with several other noted Anuirian leaders), but a Coeranian representive will be arriving shortly in Brosengae

It is understood that in game mechanics, there will not be a seat available for the court session, so this is mostly for RP/flavor.
