The sheet looks nice however it seems to have problems with the GB cost for level on army units.

[Edit to add solution]
This can however be fixed by editing:
Tables E52-E59 to 0 0 0 0 1 1 2 2
And
Tables E44-E47 All to 0.5

I am having problems with the GB / RP choice for Army and Navy upkeep
I cant seem to change the choices that have already been made. And I can only choose GB where no choice have been made yet.

I can work around it by copy pasting cells with the correct form of payment but I am looking for a more viable fix... Can anyone help me? (Using OpenOffice.org 2.2)

I am sending you an email of a more complete version (.xlsx). I hope it works for you. For example sometimes old office versions do not support many levels of IF sentences ( ???). I do not know why...

While all you other people are waiting for the new version you can update the one here to correctly show action expenses in gb by including this (+$'Court Actions'.D20) without the () to the formula in cell B15 in Main Info

Hmm, even my example only spent 80 - and that was with a big (failed) diplomacy action against the chamberlain, incidentally, for those unsure, the example was not from my DO...  :D
