Thanks for doing a good introduction. Hopefully this will get the ball rolling.

Should we perhaps do a quick ooc brainstorming session of topics that will be discussed at the conclave? We could then start separate threads for each of these, and avoid too much cross-posting. From experience these things can drag on at some length, and the turn is quickly approaching the end.

I'll stick my head out first and suggest the following topics for discussion in addition to the topics listed in Tristan's previous thread:
- Conclave finances/tithe/treasury (perhaps covered by 'the state of the pontificate')
- Election of new Pontiff
- Update on temple embassy construction

Tristan, do you want the honors of starting these threads? I'll get the popcorn out

Barring total mayhem during the initial discussions, the WIT would like to debate the current state of Anuire, especially when it comes to the RW and other baddies. This is probably a topic that should be adressed towards the end of the Conclave.

We should probably start all the discussions at the same time, even if they 'chronologically' follow each other. We all know that there is hardly ever a discussion thread that actually finishes on this forum, so would not be possible to have one discussion following another.

It would be good to address coming crusade and "branch" of Grand Conclave in Ilien. Either giving approval and authorization or excommunicate them as heretics

If you have other topics feel free to put them up. If you ahve something to post in one of the exisiting topics then knock yourself out and make it look good

I'll be posting some more when I get home. I'm thinking it's my work connection that is having the issues and not the forums.

Great work Tristan, plenty of stuff to add in to.  I note that if Maire wants to request a debate you could have her post, maybe get seconded by someone else, and then continue it as a conclave debate - as long as we agree any proposed vote before we start voting we should be fine...

I think that plundering rich Khinasian cities could be pleasant and profitable. Much more than fighting Swordhawk in wilderness. I support the proposal
