I have a question.

As Tuornen had a particularly active season with huge amounts of dealings and dispatches going back and forth I would guess I should hold of an action to be a Realm Diplomacy Action variant, with a few court actions added. Would that be about right?

That's correct - if it's really Diplomacy (i.e. aiming for binding treaties) you're doing. If nt it's just lots of dispatches.

But yes, Diplomacy as a realm action, with 1 court action per realm beyond the first you're doing diplomacy with.
