Is it possible to train one unit into a new unit type?  In this case, I'm interested in turning a Regular into a Legionnaire.  If it's possible, how difficult/expensive would it be?

OoC:

Regent Guide quote:

"Units with the Elite special are a special case, in that fighters of the same level replace the warriors. So an elite knight unit, for example, would be made up of the indicated number of fighters of the same level; and not warriors (a very potent unit in other words)."

Not possible ATM. You could always check with the DM on a case to case basis (creativity is allowed).
