The templars of the IHH make ready and move north from Caercas through Fairfield. Here they, to their astonishment, find a detachment from Ilien waiting for them. After the rites of blessing have been performed they continue north to Tornilen, where they arrive in WM 4.

WM 5 begins.

In Tornilen the soldiers are busy making ready for the march into the Eastern Marches - while their mistress is calling the Colossus to life, so that it may walk to war.

In Elinie the banners are gathering outside Ansien, ready to do battle against any enemy of Elinie.

If Mhoried and Osoerde are now at war...it sounds unlikely aid will come from either realm.

[X-IHH/Wallac Isilviere (Kasper)]

The templars of the IHH make ready and move north from Caercas through Fairfield. Here they, to their astonishment, find a detachment from Ilien waiting for them. After the rites of blessing have been performed they continue north to Tornilen, where they arrive in WM 4.

WM 5 begins.

The Ilien detachment is a surprise to IHH and small scouting parties are send to learn of their numbers and if the personal banner of their commander can be seen (and thus his identity learned) before asking what is their intention with their presence in Fairfield. The local commander of Fairfield is seeked out and asked about the soldiers of Ilien.

The two units are riding under the banners of Ilien. The banner of Baronettess Tilgentor can also be seen.

Elinien infantry, under the command of General Rashida has, or is about to (depending on timing), moved into the area leading up to the Grey Hills and set up a base camp from which supplies and dispatches can be coordinated between the many units coming in.

The camp will also serve as an advance fall back position, if the expedition has to fall back.

There are three units of scouts with the contingent, and these begin prowling the foothills to pick a route accessible for the mounted troops to come. (And, of course, keep an eye out for enemy units or scouts)

Close relations are kept with the garrisons in both Sendouras and Mholien, in case the enemy decides to move units into the civilized parts of the provinces.

IHH have permission from both Ghieste and Tornilen to pass through their domains on the way to the Grey Hills. Provisions are brought along and supliess paid for on the march (dont forage but pay).

Curriers of the Duhcess of Tuornen reach the Pontiffs column as it leaves Roesone.
They have with them a compiled volume of papers.

On the front side of the binding there is a text elaborately written in silver :

Having waited to receive the compiled volume of papers ever since the Duchess emissary to the City of Anuire, Lauriel Anviraele, offered the help of the halfling Pervince Millbridge Silversleep. Having talked with Silversleep the Pontiff realized how much there was to be learned yet and asked for Silversleep to compile a tractus or two on the matter of Veil and the Grey Duke in particular.

The Pontiff ask the waiting couriers if Silversleep could perhaps join on the march and talk with the Pontiff during the evenings?

Thus it is with great anticipitation Wallac reacieves the papers and begun to study them every evening when encamped. So much to learn and so little time to learn it. Having twice traveled to the Shadow plane Wallac has little doubt how varied and unforseen a place it is; there seems to be certain rules and then again also no rules - rules that gets broken, rules that get bended and rules that simply makes no sense.

What is clear though is Duchess Laela Flaertes of Tuornen have helped greatly in the attempt to retrieve the Book of Law. Praised be the All Father for providing in the hour of need. Now how to minimize the chance the Grey Duke can dominate our mundane troops?

[X-Tornilen/SM (Alexander)]

The fifth warmove is a busy time for the Swordmage. She is animating the colossus and conjuring a sizeable army of fire elementals. The Pontiff's troops are asked to camp in the northen end of Tornilen, Tornilen. There the army is assembling. The banners of Roesones, Ghieste and Tornilen fly above the tents.

It is the largest troop movements that has been seen in Tornilen in recent time, so it attracts a lot of attention. Especially as the living creatures of fire being to arrive, as well as the 15 meter tall moving statue of marble and steel.

The native scouts and the skirmishers from Ghieste (2 scouts, 1 skirmisher, all green) are kept busy scouting ahead, preparing the path through Conallier. No issues are expected, but better safe than sorry.

The plan is to arrive in COnallier in WM 6 for the casting of a realm spell, then continue and arrive in Ansien in WM 7.
