Who attends the S&C?

In my understanding the S&C is THE event for Anuirean nobility, from the most powerful duke to the lowliest knight. Is it reasonable to assume that most of our vassals also attend the S&C, like baron Tshalen for instance?

Vassals attend if you require them to.  Other folk's vassals attend if they indicate they their vassals attend.

I, for instance, wrote a dispatch to my vassal to make sure he was going to be there.....

I wrote to my vassals as well, asking them to attend so that further treaties could be arranged and finalized.

The "default" setting for vassals are not really covering much in the way of... anything really.

I left it completely to them (i.e. the DMs). It is not as if I care whether they will be there or not!  ??? :o
