The crowned man becomes Mhor
« on: June 05, 2010, 01:46:05 PM »
On the 8th week of autumn a man appears,as by magic, at the beginning of the Royal Mire leading to  Caer Bevaldruor in Shieldhaven.

The man formerly known as Daen Wyld is dressed in the finery of the Mhors, a young squire carries a banner with the arms last held by Daeric Mhor.

His claim to the lineage of the Mhors is more evident by his personal emblem, a silver falcon on a field of black.

And behold, a commoner yells: "The crown is back!".

By his side is the hooded figure known as Regien. They slowly walk towards Caer Bevaldruor. Upon reaching the gate the guard asks who wants to enter the castle.

"I am Constantine Mhor, by the grace of Haelyn I came to heal the land"

A frightened guard notices the Crown and Regien by his side and opens hastily the door.

Constantine walks to the throne room where the Council has already assembled.

The rumour that the Crown has returned spread quickly among the peasants who flock to the Royal Mire to learn if it's true or not. The guard of the Castle tries to accommodate the gathering crowd as best as possible but all they can inform them is that indeed the Crown has returned and the nobles of the realm along with the High Marshal and Regien are in council.

Time passes and there are now news from inside the castle; the crowd increases in size and becomes anxious.

"Someone ascends the main tower" Cries a commoner and all hold their breath.

The captain of the guard unfolds the personal standard of Raedric Mhor and soon it flies at half mast.

Soon the town crier exits the castle's main gate and addresses the crowd.

"The council has accepted the claim of Constantine to the throne of Mhoried.

Constantine has declared a week of mourning for the loss of Droene Mhor who died in battle valiantly defending Mhoried.

The coronation shall take place when the mourning period is over."

Messengers leave the castle at the same time to disseminate the news throughout Mhoried.
