I am reliably informed by a confidential source that the HA has been responsible this turn for using up all of the good rolls, with direct and dire consequences for my domain actions. I am therefore circulating a petition to require the HA to recompense mine and any other domains which have suffered from this clear and unjust imbalance of good fortune for our consequent losses. Also to apologize and wear a funny hat of shame.
