Anuires roads and bridges

It is time to rebuild the glory days of the Empire by making communications easier in Anuire.  I propose that we should, each of us, try to expand Anuire's road and bridge network.

I have been trying to build a bridge from Endier to Maesford for quite some time.  I hope to one day be allowed to finish that bridge and build another to Caulnor.

For those duchies facing budgetary shortcomings, and I imagine that is essentialy everyone, I suspect the local Guilds may be willing to help.

OoC: In case you want to rebuild highways leading out of your provinces into another realm, you will need some sort of diplomatic agreement on who pays the upkeep cost.
 Otherwise the construction will fail, the road will decay, etc.
