Character Actions in the DO

I'm finding Regent actions, Court actions, bonus  action, supportive actions, lieutenant actions but no Character actions....why?

For your regent a character actions takes up one of his 3 Regent actions. For the rest of your sidekicks it goes down as a Supportive action.
