IC:

Dosieme is a fairly large village near a sizeable patriarchal estate in County Ansien.  It was originally founded under the Khinasi name of Dazim; but, over time, this came to be transliterated as Dosieme.  A small stream, which winds along the eastern edge of the village and derives its name thence, is referred to as the Dos.
