Everything. And I now have it. :-)

Basically it is Facebook and Linkedin in one, where you can use "Circles" to limit and share information in a much more targeted manner. It integrates with all the other google niceness, so you can use it semi-professionally by sharing work documents with a project circle and so on.

And your Boss can be put in his very own circle with limited viewing rights. ;-)
