Does the temple domains regents know of ETN & EOM (and the Auxiliary Patriarch of MOC) having been having close encounters with the Red Wind before?

It is know to the CoT that there was a battle with the Red Wind in the Valley of Mist. The details might not be clear to everyone, but both SS and MC were present (as were He and Mhi).
