: Influence using both RP and GB?

Can you decrease the DDC using influence by spending both RP and GB?

I want to spend 10 RPs, and 3 GBs and in a holdings not relevant situation, I will get a 8 bonus (-8 to DDC). Is that possible?

Yes.

Note the influence affects the DAC, not the DDC. A subtle difference.

You will do well to use Gold and not Regency in situations where Regency is worse that 2 for 1.

If at all possible, shuffle your gold to those places, and use regency in 2 to 1 situations.

Noted. That was what I was thinking as well.

However it also depends on the type of realm you have. I assume that some guilders will be more willing to sacrifice their gold, even in 2:1 situations. Especially if their bloodline is low.

Yes, especially if realm magic is part of the equation too...

Also, your administrators reduce your gold expenditure, not your regency spending, further making gold more valuable than regency.
