Favourite npc for me has to have been the Green Knight.

I like Jaison as well. I had some very fun conversations with him.

Favorite Moment as the IHH:  Realizing that what you believed to be the truth, was in fact a lie, and then trying to reconcile Jasion and William.
Second Favorite: Dying at the hands of the ... Prelate (or the EO; depending on how you want to play it) and then being taunted by the EO (talk about a douche).
