As part of the ongoing work to provide twilightpeaks.net with a semi-reasonable interface and content I'm overhauling the ROE part of the site.

It's now supposed to be somewhat more informative, especially for newer players. It should also contain more and useful links.

I'd appreciate any feedback (brownie points can be earned)

As you can see I removed the older RoE II forum (not the old old RoE I forum). And I also managed to screw up the theme...crap. Will fix.
