Are we using the domain effect of the blood abilities now?
The tables for random abilities appear to be outdated. While they're not the most heavily used for determining abilities, they're a good overview of what is available for each bloodline.

Indeed, but would the revision of the rules change this? If not I'd have to tell Bjørn to stop fooling around and do something useful.  ;D

We are not. The doc was uploaded becuase some people wanted to have a look; it has no relevance on domain play.
