For turn 68 you must use the attached template:
DO Template #68 v2.xls
OR A LATER VERSION
-
Note that filling in the P&H section of the DO is ENTIRELY OPTIONAL
-
Maybe there's an error in the Assets section.
GB Cost of Castles is the same as for Forts while in the previous template Forts' cost was the half of Castles ones. This shouldn't be correct according to Regents' Guide.
Can you check Bjorn?

Try switching your fortification-type from "Fort (Law)" to "." and back again. Should clear it up. It did for me.

Same here - I copied from the old sheet and found out that the names in the new sheet have changed slightly - if you use the drop downs from the new sheet it works fine.

Many of the cells in the DO sheet contain validation requirements and lookups - so if you copy-paste indiscriminately across from older sheets you might run into issues.

I just had had a problem with DO. Expenses for mustering units were added also to GB used from offensive purse. Had to edit cell G65 from "N111+I131+I151+I179" to "N111+N131+N151+N179". Had anyone encountered it earlier? Or am I using outdated version?

You are correct; an summation error has crept in.
Either download the new DO_template_v201.xls
OR
Manually edit cell G65 from "N111+I131+I151+I179" to "N111+N131+N151+N179"

Some units take 2 turns to muster. It's a bit annoying to have to remember them for a turn or to enter them as a note somewhere in the DO. You could provide a Mustering (M) status for those units that doesn't take part in the total upkeep sum so that we can enter the units in the roster as soon as they start mustering.

So far I've done just this myself.
It is possible to write in one of the fields to the right of the units (either where it says field army/officer or those next to that). Alternately you could give them a different colour.

Yeah, I entered a note there myself but it would be nice if we could enter all the unit data and have it not added to the upkeep total, then just change the status to G in the next turn and everything magically works :)

The first DO is in and before anymore is delivered, please remember to update to the latest DO template.
Edit: I've uploaded the most recent version Brandon has created (that I know of). Please use this.
