Turn 60.5 is Winter (1534 HC)
Turn 61 is Spring (1535 HC)
Turn 62 is Summer (1535 HC) - The turn the S&C will take place
etc.
-
How do seasons affect the gameplay?
-
Each transition from winter to spring increases your stability by 1 depending on your realm alignment. (Since we start in the spring turn, I believe this increase has already happened)
Fall is the harvest month, so you'll see a general increase in income there. Whereas winter and spring can see lessened income depending on the national situation.
That's about it I believe.
-
Season and climate zone affects weather, which can have a big impact on warfare. Expect your units to die a lot if you move them across mountains in winter, esepcailly if a blizard comes along...

Subtitles for the new players:
There is ALWAYS a blizzard around.
-
Not always, sometimes its just freezing OR snowing...or there is just mud.
-
Most of RoE I saw flooding and seasonal drought. Famine... Marching armies, etc. ::)
Don't think we've had a tsunami yet?

Gray threatened to cause one, though, as the ETN. :)
