Cells J12:J14 -- Law holdings fully tax Manor holdings and Trade holdings.
Cells P12:P14 -- Manor holdings are fully taxed
Cells V12:V14 -- Trade holdings fully taxed

Cell C59 -- Tshalen probably gets regency from Law holdings.
Cell C65 -- Isilviere probably gets regency from Law holdings.

Isilviere doesn't seem to have a summary line in my version of the P&H Draft 3.   He should though.
