Early winter:
Braving heavy rains and mud a steady stream of IHH companies marches to Caercas and set up camp there. Ostensibly to practice field maneuvers (which they admittedly really do need). Evil tongues might claim it also has something to do with the Council of Nobles gathering in Caercas to decide the future of Roesone.
