In this modern age, sometimes it happens that a mail or message doesn't reach it's recipient. To avoid confusion on behalf of this, I have a kind plea:
If you receive a dispatch, even if you don't have anything to say or choose to ignore it, could you please respond in some way?
A "No response is given" or "IRL is killing me, I'll respond to this later" is sufficient... it tells me, that you actually got the message, so I don't have to resend it, or wonder whether the dispatch reached it's recipient or not... worst case scenario could very well be a sudden outbreak of armed conflict between two factions over a spam-filter, and that's just silly.
So please, if you receive a mail from me, give a response, OOC or IC...
