In fairness the Countess of Ilien has brought misery on her subject with no aid from Avanil. Rumour speaks of Belemies booming export of holes in the ground and wreckage as well.

I think Rune was referring to the player, and not the actual domain.
Come to think of it, Medoere under my rule has been active in almost every major instance where lands where ruined as a result of war or strife. Except the east - I don't want that mess on my shoulders :P
