It is mentioned under Bless the Sacred Holding, but it doesn't have a description...

Possibly more frequent in Vosgaard to ensure that slothful warriors get off their backsides and go raiding for food or give proper respect to the winter witch.

Casting it otherwise is somewhere in between an agitate and an excommunication spell in terms of war against the realm.

If I had known about it earlier, I would have used it a few times.  It could potentially be a reason why a temple and another hold type, might work together...
