There is no longer an STEWARD position; instead is becomes part of the SENESCHAL:
1) Seneschal [domain maintenance, court expenditure, and structures upkeep]: Responsible for overseeing the various administrative duties related to a domain, including the smooth running of the regent’s household and his court.
If you had a steward you can make him the seneschal's assistant.
