X-Haelyn's Aegis/RK (Andy):
Anuire, the Crown and the Rjurik Highlands / Thaele should now be done.

Any suggestions welcomed, in particular for:

1. Crappy names;
2. Corrections to formulae;
3. Corrections to tributes / tithes / etc;
4. Changes made to province levels, etc - ones made (in beige) or ones which should be made;
5. Comments on whether the two new Rjurik realms will help playability
6. Should Thaele be beefed?  If so how?
